Our fabric passed the FREE AZO test and other tests, it means our fabric is eco-friendly. That is why we have confidence to export lingeire to EU, US and Australia market.
The Process Flow & Duration Estimation
Please note that the final cost depends on the bespoke service you require, the specification of the raw materials used, the grade, the relevant national legislation and the distance travelled.
Step 1: Sending Estimated Prices (1-3 Working Days)
Estimated prices for your lingerie or swimwear could be sent to you as per your Tech Packs or your offering samples.
Step 2: Pattern making & Sampling (5-10 Working Days)
After estimated price approved, we will ask our pattern maker to make patterns as per your Tech Packs. At the same time, organizing our purchasing department to buy fabric & trims for sampling.
Step 3: Sending Samples & Fitting Comments (Depending on Express company and Fitting Schedule)
Usually our samples and sourced fabrics & trims would be sent via DHL. It may take about 3-7 days to ship from our part to client’s office. Then our clients arrange the fitting and sending the comments or feedback to us. We will take action according to the comments.
Step 4: Bulk Manufacturing (4-6 Weeks after PPS confirmed)
We have an excellent relationship with our factories, managing the entire process from cutting to Quality Control and packing, to ensure the highest standard of product is ready to ship.
Step 5: Shipping (40-45 days shipped by sea.)
Our forwarder could recommend the local forwarder to you to finish the bulk shipping and Customs Clearance. And offer you the best shipping method to ensure the bulk good can be shipped into your warehouse on time.
